Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Sprout Blocks (“the App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time “Premium” purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks all levels and difficulty modes. Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; the price is shown before you confirm.
Premium is a non-consumable item tied to your store account and can be restored with “Restore Purchases”. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Virtual Items
In-app unlocks, levels, and progress have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or discontinued.
Advertising
The free version of the App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of any third-party sites they link to.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; use cheats, bots, or exploits; or use the App unlawfully or in violation of the app store terms.
